In addition to its domestic business, Mayer Capital also raises equity capital for real estate operating companies in western, central, and eastern Europe, and more recently Mexico. MCP’s European affiliate is headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. Through this affiliate, MCP brings U.S. based institutional equity to developers and investment groups in the EU and Eastern Europe. Investment classes of interest include office, retail, industrial and hotels.

United States based institutional investors have also developed significant interest in Latin America. Currently, Mexico is the investors’ primary country of interest. MCP has access to investment product in Mexico through one of MCP’s Mexican born and raised U.S. based partners.
