Alan has over 35 years of prior experience in real estate advisory services to pension funds, foundations, endowments and high net-worth individuals. Through these associations, he has developed extensive relationships with institutional real estate fund managers and pension funds. Alan oversees all aspects of Mayer Capital’s business including investor relations and development of its European relationships.

Alan’s career includes tenures with institutional real estate advisors including Fiduciary Trust Company International and U.S. Trust Company. During this period, he managed over $1 billion of real estate securities and direct investments throughout the U.S., Europe and select Asian markets. Institutional clients included the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund and the Asian Development Bank Pension Fund. He represented these clients through his appointment to the governing boards of a number of domestic and European real estate funds. Alan was also instrumental in creating, and served on the board of the $300 million TransEuropean Property L.P. Fund in London.

Alan manages MCP’s East Coast office and is based in New York.

Greg is a principal with Mayer Capital Partners. His over 18 years of real estate experience includes investment advisory and capital raising on behalf of privately held and publicly traded trust, investment banking and development companies. Greg’s responsibilities with MCP include management of domestic client and investor relationships.

In addition to his work with MCP, Greg has held investment banking positions with the Structured Finance division of American Realty & Financial. His real estate background also includes investment management, investment restructuring & dispositions, and development responsibilities with firms such as MIP Properties, a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT), and privately held Johnston Group. He has managed or financed over $850 million of investments during his career.

Greg attended the University of Southern California (USC) where he earned Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees.
